Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days after the date of purchase.

Items will be accepted in tried-on condition, but must be in good, unused condition without stains to qualify. We reserve the right not to accept any return or exchange if the product shows signs of excessive wear, damage, alteration, or use beyond trying it on.

 

We cannot accept a return or exchange (even within 30 days of purchase) in the following situations, including but not limited to:

  • Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
  • Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
  • Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Instances of abuse of the STJ Return Policy.

 

Approval for all returns and exchanges is determined at the sole discretion of Stand Tall Jeans.

HOW TO RETURN

 

Request Your Return: Log in to your account and initiate a return directly from your profile. Upon approval, we'll email you a return label.

Ship Your Package: Pack your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 10–15 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, the original shipping and handling will not be refunded.

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE

 

To exchange an item for a different style, size, or color:

  • Email us at service@standtalljeans.com with your order number and the style, size, or color you'd like instead.
  • We'll process your return as store credit and notify you by email once your new balance is ready.
  • Sign back into your account, shop, and apply your store credit at checkout.

 

If your requested item is unavailable, your refund will be issued as store credit, which you can use toward any future purchase.

 

Exchange Shipping: Upon approval, we'll email you a prepaid label to send back your original item.

 

CLAIMS

If you believe your order arrived damaged or faulty, please reach out to service@standtalljeans.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
